Envato Element- Wordpress- Plugin- Error

Hello, I have just tried to use the Envato Elements WordPress plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/envato-elements/) and it is giving me an error message "Failed to fetch photo search results: cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT". The WordPress plugin is trying to communicate with https://elements.envato.com. Are you please able to check if the hosting account is able to access this address and unblock any firewall rules so I can use this plugin?"
