not .html or .php file are not deleted or modified

When I try to edit, or remove a html file, or a php file, the altervista editor, and also with the ftp mode, I can. But if I try to edit or remove a css file, or a js file, it appear deleted or modified, but when I use the site the changes doesn't appear

Did you clean your browser cache and CloudFlare's cache?
