Redirection Problem

on (CIRacesonline) streaming, users contribute tramite Paypal to access downloadable files on MEGA which need activation codes to run. Currently, each activation code is sent manually via email for every single transaction, a tiring process! Then I need a plugin that upon each successful Paypal transaction redirects the user immediately to a download link on CIRacesonline. This way emailing activation codes is excluded. Could anyone help me in this? Thank you.
