Problemi con connessione FTP

Salve mi sono registrato da poco e sto cercando di usare il programma ftp,
ma quando cerco di connettermi con pass e account corretti mi da connection timed out

da cosa dipend equesto errore? come lo risolvo?

ho provato sia con smart che con bullet prof

questo probabilmente è dovuto al fatto che non hai attivato la pasv mode; dopo un po' di tempo di innatttività la connessione si interrompe.

Io ti consiglio vivamente di adottare Cuteftp come client ftp. E' il migliore e ha una grafica facila ed intuitiva che ti permettera di imparare subito ad usare il ftp e a non avere più questi problemi.Anche se non ne hai bisogno,scaricalo,vedrai che non vorrai più alcun altro client.Puoi scaricarlo qui

Ma tu non usi Altervista come Host perchè altrimenti il testo sarebbe questo:

a quanto pare hai un "qualcosa" che blocca la conessione, prova a disattivare firewall o antivirus o qualsiasi programma del genere ....
