Volevo comunicare a tutti gli Amministratori di AV che è stato rilasciato WP 4.9, ecco il Changelog Ufficiale:

For Version 4.9, the database version (db_version in wp_options) changed to XXXXX, and the Trac revision was XXXXX.

avendo un altro blog che ho aggiornato già a WordPress 4.9, ho provato ad aggiornare anche questo in Altervista.
Dato che non risultano aggiornamenti, ho provato ad aggiornare con un plugin:

Purtroppo, anche se il sito funziona ancora ed è accessibile, io non posso accedere alla bacheca wordpress:
Né da pannello di controllo Altervista né dal banner superiore del sito.

Addirittura nel pannello di controllo risulta ancora l'applicazione WordPress precedente (4.3)
