Sparite tutte le Gallery fotografiche

Ho un problema enorme, all'improvviso due giorno fa mi sono scomparse tutte le gallery fotografiche che avevo caricato sul mio blog, non le trovo più da nessuna parte. Il tutto è successo quando ho fatto l'aggiornamento a WordPress 3.3.1. . Qualcuno mi può dire come recuperarle?

Nei Plugin ho ritrovato NextGEN Gallery, ma è disattivato, appena provo ad attivarlo esce questa scritta:
