ho di recente installato il plugin feedwordpress dopo aver abilitato la connessione server to server da pannello di controllo. Per i primi giorni il plugin ha funzionato perfettamente, poi ha smesso di pubblicare gli aggiornamenti pur rilevandoli, credo che ciò sia dovuto a un mio errore dovuto alla scarsa conoscenza del plugin e dei meccanismi di syndication infatti scorrendo tra le impostazioni del plugin ho trovato il seguente messaggio che non avevo letto in precedenza

Recommendation. Unless you are positive that you have the webmaster's permission, you generally should not set FeedWordPress to poll feeds more frequently than once every 60 minutes. Many webmasters consider more frequent automated polling to be abusive, and may complain to your web host, or ban your IP address, as retaliation for hammering their servers too hard.

Note. This is a default setting that FeedWordPress uses to schedule updates when the feed does not provide any scheduling requests. If this feed does provide update scheduling information (through elements such as <rss:ttl> or <sy:updateFrequency>), FeedWordPress will respect the feed's request.

Ora siccome di default il plugin veniva aggiornato ogni 15 minuti credo che il malfunzionamento sia dovuto al ban dell'IP del mio sito da parte del webmaster, volevo chiedere come posso superare tale incoveniente.
