[Wordpress] Anteprima immagini nella barra laterale ''Recent News''

Buongiorno, ho installato da poco un tema per wordpress 2.9.1. Il tema si chiama Magazeen e vorrei riuscire a farlo diventare come nella demo, ovvero così: http://demo.wefunction.com/?wptheme=Magazeen

Come potete vedere, attualmente la situazione è ben differente, in quanto le immagini non appaiono.

Purtroppo non c'è quel file... Non conoscendo bene l'inglese, non ti so dire se nel sito della demo, ci sono le istruzioni... Prova a dare un occhiata, è nel link del primo post

Allora, ho appena scoperto un file nell'editor, chiamato: timthumb.php
E' certo che è questo che bisogna gestire per modificare le immagini della slide di immagini in alto (non so se anche per la colonna recent news a destra). Comunque non so dove mettere mano. Vi riporto qui il codice. Parola agli esperti ;)

Per prima cosa imposta i permessi 777 alla cartella "cache" e dopo crea un nuovo articolo con una nuova immagine.

Assicurati anche di aver inserito l'url dell'imagine nel box come quello della seguente immagine:

Ma credo di aver capito male, perchè la situazione non cambia :(

Devi accedere attraverso FTP (ad esempio Filezilla) e cambiare i permessi della cartella /cache ed impostarli a 777.

Fatto, ma ancora niente...
Praticamente ho creato l'articolo. Caricando una nuova immagine. Lo stesso url dell'immagine presente nell'articolo, l'ho inserito nello spazio della foto che hai postato. Pero rimane uguale.
Forse in quel campo dovrei inserire il link dell'immagine rimpicciolita?

Scusate se sto scrivendo il doppio post, ma non mi fa editare il vecchio... forse perchè appunto è troppo vecchio.
Comunque sto scrivendo per ringraziare di cuore Musicanapoli che mi ha aiutato moltissimo ed'è stata disponibile. Dopo più di una settimana di strazianti ricerche, non avevo trovato niente e nessuno che potesse risolvere il mio problema, poi come potete leggere qualche post fa, ho ricevuto aiuto... Finalmente ho capito dove sbagliavo. Praticamente il link che inserivo nel campo ''IMAGE'', era il semplice www.miaimmagine.jpg., mentre invece dovevo inserire l'intero codice, quello caricato dal media inserito nell'articolo, quindi non solo il link, ma:

Stanotte ho sognato che dovevo inserirlo così e non ho fatto altro che provarci hahahahahaha era diventata un ossessione e non avevo alcuna intenzione di cambiare template.
Oltre a ringraziare Musicanapoli, questo post vuole anche essere come risposta a chi lo consulterà un giorno... Mi sembrava doveroso da parte mia completare l'argomento con la risposta, dato che io ho passato intere notti a cercare una soluzione... almeno qualcuno si risparmia la mia fatica. :)

E già! E ti dirò di più; li sta scritto che l'immagine verrà ridimensionata automaticamente, ma in realtà non è così. Se non la rimpicciolisci, appare in grandezza naturale nella slade.
Comunque mi correggo dicendo che il codice è:

Praticamente lasciandogli quella parte, affianco all'immagine appariva il titolo dell'articolo che andava a ''molestare'' template e grafica, non serviva proprio a nulla!
A meno che non si possa modificare il codice in modo che il titolo appaia sulla foto, ma sinceramente a me non serviva e nel template originale non c'è. Quel che mi turba adesso, è che l'immagine non viene ridimensionata in automatico, quindi oltre a dovermela fare in formato 75x60 con Photoshop, c'è anche il fatto che nella colonna delle Recent News appare la 75x60 purtroppo, invece sarebbe servito un ridimensionamento automatico.
Tutto ciò non mi porta a dubitare della correttezza del template, ma invece dubito della correttezza del codice che ho scritto... per adesso è meglio di nulla, diciamo che mi accontento finchè non trovo quello giusto
