FTP guasto?

Ciao tutti:

ho attivato account 2 giorni fa.

Posso accedere mio sito: hwww.altervista.org con Internet Explorer, il mio nick name è hwww.

NON posso raggiungere mio sito con command da finestra DOS:

ping hwww.altervista.org

Pinging hwww.altervista.org [75.126.23.101] with 32 bytes of data:

NON posso accedere spazio web con FTP (il programma ho utilizzato è WS_FTP Home):

Ho verificatato tutti i parametri per WS_FTP. Chi sa dirmi perchè?

Dovresti lanciare lo script che trovi nel thread "segnalazione problemi di rete" per verificare se hai problemi di connessione verso la tua macchina
