timeout cron-job

buongiorno,
da stamattina i due cron-jobs del mio sito vanno regolarmente in timeout. Sono programmati da https://console.cron-job.org/. Se lancio i rispettivi file php manualmente funziona tutto.

cosa posso fare?

Lo stesso problema da stamattina. Ho scritto al
Supporto di Cron-job.Org e mi rispondono così:

Hi Enrico,

thanks for your email.
I just checked your cron job, and we can't connect to your web server from
our network. From other networks (e.g. my office connection) it is working.
In the vast majority of cases, this is because your ISP blocked our service.
We can see this happening from time to tine when web hosters don't understand
what the cron job requests are or some automated systems have false positives.

I would recommend to contact your web hoster and ask them to explicitly
unblock the cron-job.org executors. They can find the IP addresses at
https://api.cron-job.org/executor-nodes.json

Quindi credo sia un problema di Altervista. Chiedo cortesemente di verificare. Grazie
