After Account Login, Basic HTML page loads without any style or CSS

When I login to my altervista account I see this huge altervista logo in black, and then when I scroll down, I see basic html markup of all my acccount and dashboard content.

I am not sure where I can access the cPanel from because there is no such option on the page. I want to be able to edit the phpLimits, or atleast get someone to help me edit the phpLimits. Is that possible?

Please help. I have attached screenshots for my problem, hope that helps.

Does something appear on the console? Some errors? (F12 on browser). Can you try by another connection?

You can change memory_limit from the .htaccess file: you can choose 128M or 256M (check it here [italian]).
