ho problemi a visualizzare il mio sito ed anche ad entrare come amministratore o a visualizzare i file da altervista
il sito e'

Puoi riportare il contenuto del file .htaccess presente nella radice del tuo spazio web?

purtroppo da altervista no ma ho guardato su filezilla ed e' già in radice - l'ho aperto con il notepad
per vedere se ci sono degli errori ma non e' facile vederli, ti copio il testo, vedi se c'e' qualcosa che non va?

Ciao chiara già sei nella sezione giusta in quanto è un file .haccess. Sai da tutto questo codice è difficile capire come debba funzionare anche perché si tratta di un cms. Però posso affermare che hai un problema con la riscrittura dell'indirizzo. Vai in questa pagina http://www.chiaraisabellaghersi.altervista.org avevi dimenticato la h comunque ghersi. Hai spento .htaccess?

ho evidenziato la sintassi dal momento che il cancelletto è un commento per .htaccess e php, cioè i presumibili errori stanno nei non commenti. Errore trovato devi decommentare (togliere il cancelletto) dal RewriteRule ovvio neanche spazi bianchi debbono esserci prima della R. La versione di joomla è la 3.3.qualcosa? Se è si puoi mettere in testa questo

Così utilizzi la versione di php 5.4.40, se usi il database mysql dovresti attivare (lo dico perchì ci sta leggendo) InnoDB dal pannello di controllo.
