Per favore chiedo suggerimenti, salvo quello di aggiornare Drupal, non so farlo.
Un amico informatico non è riuscito a risolvere. Eventualmente gli farò avere i suggerimenti. Grazie.

Su AlterVista, le porte SMTP sono bloccate, quindi non è possibile utilizzarlo.

Dovresti quindi modificare le impostazioni di Drupal per non usare SMTP, ma usare le funzioni native di PHP.
