Tema Wordpress AVADA: Product Registration

Buongiorno,
è la prima volta che mi trovo davanti ad un problema, nonostante sia utente Altervista da molto tempo con un sito realizzato in modo tradizionale, mentre ora ho necessità di utilizzare wordpress.
Il problema riguarda la registrazione del prodotto Avada per Wordpress, che va portato a termine in tre distinti passaggi, l'ultimo dei quali non va a buon fine.
Dopo vari tentativi con il supporto di Avada, riporto qui direttamente l'ultima mail, per la quale le mie limitate conoscenze tecniche possono fare ben poco e mi affido al vostro supporto.

What is happening here is that your hosting provider is for some reason blocking this AJAX request, when submitting the product registration info via the Avada tab. Please contact your hosting provider and explain to them what you are trying to do, and show them this information:

Non c'è un blocco per cui una simile richiesta possa fallire, hai provato piuttosto a disabilitare tutti i plugin? Immagino poi che per verificare la registrazione del prodotto sia necessaria una richiesta server to server lato PHP, hai sbloccato la whitelist?

Ho disabilitato tutti i plugin e sbloccato la whitelist, ma senza successo: la registrazione continua a non andare a buon fine.
