Errore wordpress

Ciao ho scaricato wordpress e caricato un tema ma l' errore che viene fuori e che non mi fa utilizzare Wp è questo

Cosa vuole dire?

Come ho detto già qui: http://forum.it.altervista.org/wordp...ltervista.html ho anche io lo stesso problema (e con lo stesso tema minimable). Il problema sembra essere che wordpress non riesce a comunicare con server esterni.
La possibile soluzione sarebbe attivare il collegamento esterno senza restrizioni dal pannelli di impostazioni PHP.
Calma gli entusiasmi: non funziona! Ho provato ma niente.
Tu per caso hai risolto in qualche modo il problema?
