Aprire connessioni server https di Picasa

Salve a tutti, chiedendo assistenza allo sviluppatore di Shashin (plugin per l'embed degli album di Picasa e Google+) ho ricevuto la seguente risposta:

it looks to me like your web hosting server is not setup to support https requests (that is, outgoing requests from your web server to Picasa). Your https://plus.google.com/photos/11831...391260/albums/ worked fine for me on my site.

You can’t use just “http”, as Picasa does not support it anymore. I recommend forwarding the error to your web hosting provider, and ask them to setup https support for outgoing requests.

Come posso fare ad aprire le connessioni al server https ... ho letto che c'è una sezione del pannello di controllo relativa alle connessioni server to server ma non riesco più a trovarla nella nuova interfacci ...

niente?? non mi pare un problema grande ... :(
