htaccess: Sfrutta il caching del browser

vorrei velocizzare il mio sito”, ed è per questo che ho provato a testarlo con PageSpeed, ottenendo come risultato: sfrutta il caching del browser ... a supporto della mia vasta conoscenza informatica, devo dire che fino a poco tempo fa non sapevo nemmeno l'esistenza del file ".htaccess")) Dunque è un po che cerco soluzioni, ma non riesco a venirne a capo, in qualsiasi modo provo il risultato è sempre il medesimo: Sfrutta il caching del browser.
Attualmente ho provato copiare del codice da Michi 95, è valido e per lo meno non mi restituisce il fastidioso errore 505, ma il risultato è sempre il medesimo: Sfrutta il caching del browser.
Qualcuno per favore mi può dare qualche suggerimento?
