cannot connect to my website

sorry, but i dont speak it, so im looking for some help.


i cant connect to my website from http://muvnc.altervista.org

my panel is ok, i can read and edit the html, txt, etc...

what could it be?

thanks for the answer but isnt it, i cant connect ftp too using filezilla.

i can see my files on admin panel but i cant download any file...it´s like beeing blocked the acess.
