Prima mi dava questo errore ogni tanto

Ora quando provo ad aprire un qualunque topic mi dice:

come posso risolvere?

andando a riparare le tabelle via Phpmyadmin.

ah... ma la cosa ancora più strana è che ora non dà più problemi, è come se fosse un errore che va e viene, ma se una tabella fosse "corrotta" (non so quale sia il termine esatto) non dovrebbe dare problemi sempre?

Se la tabella è crashed solitamente si...
Fai comunque quello che ti ho detto nel messaggio precedente...

e detto in modo concreto e idiota come ad un bambino di 5 anni come opero? :D

Entri in phpmyadmin (dal menu tools del tuo pannello di altervista, è uno dei sottomenu), clicchi su my_britishfootball, nel frame sinistro.
Nel frame destro, vai a fondo pagina. Cerca seleziona tutti, e nel box "Se selezionati:" scegli "Ripara tabelle".
