Problema a connettersi con ftp

Ciao a tutti, da un paio di gg non riesco + a connettermi al vostro server ftp x uplodare i file sul sito, global scape mi segnala 1 errore ke è il seguente:

The server forcibly closed the connection.
This normally results from a loss of the connection due to a timeout or a server reboot.
1) Try connecting to the server again later.
2) Verify that the problem is not local by trying to connect to an alternate server.

Mi dite cosa devo fare? Grz a tutti anticipatamente
