files lost

sorry to write in english but my italian to bad

my problem
when i enter t my account say me that my files are deleted and i can download from a link, but don´t show me that link, and that link isn`t in my mail box too

how can i get that link????

It may be passed too much time and the files was removed to free space for ather website.
You can ask some help directly to the Altervista's Support.

That link was sended to the mail box that you have used to sign up the service.
If 4 days are passed from the receiving of that mail, your files will be lost forever 'cos they're automatically deleted form the server after that time.
