Access to mail impossible, can't renew password for my site

I'm sorry for your frustration. AlterVista didn't arbitrarily cancel your account. As stated in the ToS you accepted during registration, the Article 10 provides that accounts which remain inactive or inaccessible for a prolonged period are first archived and then permanently deleted. Once this process is completed, the account and all related data are irreversibly removed.

For this reason, support is not expected to "recover" deleted accounts or their contents: when an account no longer exists, there is nothing technically or legally recoverable. The only possible action in such cases is to register a new account from scratch.
