Salve, ho acquistato un tema per utilizzarlo con il mio alterblog e mi viene richiesto di attivarlo dal pannello di controllo del mio sito. Se provo a farlo però ottengo l'errore:

Could not connect to the Envato (ThemeForest) server to verify purchase. Please try again later.

E sulla destra: Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com
Please contact your hosting provider.

E anche: PHP time limit : 30. Minimum 60 is required, 180 is recommended.

Ho provato ad abilitare le comunicazioni server to server dal pannello di controllo (inviando l'sms) ma non è cambiato nulla.
Come posso fare?

Se hai abilitato le connessioni server to server dovrebbe funzionare, dovresti chiedere supporto a dove hai acquistato il tema.

Dopo vari controlli questa è la risposta che ho ottenuto:

We have checked your FTP and found that the WordPress you use is modified and that’s why you can not register the license. The provider where you host site have WordPress version that is different from original.

Come mi devo comportare? Non c'è niente che io possa fare?

Che significa wordpress modificato? Anche installando un plugin wordpress è modificato.

Purtroppo questo è quello che mi hanno risposto. Ho fatto notare più volte la questione dell'user agent, ma secondo loro non è quello. Purtroppo sembra non esserci nessuna soluzione...
