il sito non vede l'index errore 403

dal mio account prodottiinferrobattutto non si vede il sito dà errore 403 di altervista come se ci fosse un problema all'account
il cms nn centra nulla premesso che è configurato bene e i file e db ci sono tutti ma in pratica se nn fuonsinasse quest'ultimo dovrebbe dare errore db e o php e non errore 403 di altervista è come se proprio non vedesse l'index

Hai un file .htaccess nel tuo spazio? Se si puoi postarne il contenuto?

si eccolo qui di seguito ma anche cancellandolo nn cambia nulla e l'errore rimane

cmq a me sembra che sia porprio un problema nell'account del pannello se vado in ftp dal pannnello mi dice:

Non riesco ad accedere ai tuoi files, può essere un problema transitorio dovuto ad un aggiornamento o guasto, in questo caso se il fatto persiste per oltre 2 ore consecutive inoltra una segnalazione nel forum.

ma dal client ftp io vedo tutti i files

io ancora non capisco perchè non funziona?
che devo fare?

ma nn è quello il problema in locale mi funziona benissimo e la configurazione di altervista è giusta se nn fosse giusta mi dava errore di collegamento al db invece qui non vede l'index.php

l'account non è sospeso perchè in ftp entro il pannello funziona ma il sito non si vede
