Installare Gallery

Ho veramente dei probelmi ad installare gallery su altervista. Il problema maggiore è settare i premessi.
Non capisco perchè altervista non mi da la posibilità di settare i permessi, e ancke se sta scritto che tutti i permessi sono 666/777 il programmino non li riconosce (senza contare che devo mettere alcuni permessi a 755)

Non sono molto pratico di queste cose ma ci sto pedendo settimane per mettere sta galleria e spero che qualcuno di voi è talmente buono da spiegarmi i miei errori

Errore: albumDir: /membri/otaku/albums exists, but is not writeable by the webserver user. Try:
chown -R unknown /membri/otaku/albums

or if that doesn't work:
chmod -R 777 /membri/otaku/albums

Also make sure that if you have an open_basedir descrizione , then this tmp directory should be under the open_basedir path
