banner in fondo nel forum

è possibile sostituire il banner in fondo al forum???
la pagina da modificare dovrebbe essere phpBB2/templates/subsilver/overall_header.tpl ma in che punto bisogna modificarla?

ciao ti consiglio di aggiornare il forum all ultima versione disponibile... la 2.0.8 e cosi oltre a numerosi altri vantaggi sparisce anche il banner..

A meno che non hai mod, puoi prendere buttare la cartella dove hai il forum e uppare la cartella nuova, l'unica accortezza è tenere lo stesso nome.
Non perdi nessun dato, i dati sono nel database e quello non lo tocchi

Pianoi Piano Piano ke se fa cosi si ke perde tutto....

1 fai un backup generale del forum (cartella e database)
2 scarica dal sito www.phpbb.it la versione aggiornamento
2 segui bene le istruzioni e verdai ke tutto va perfettamente

Se tu non tocchi il database non perdi niente, i post gli iscritti, i forum, moderatori è tutto nel database, nel momento che configuri il file config bene lo script di phpbb2 funziona e ti ritrovi tutto, solo con un altra versione di phpbb2, chiaramente se non hai modato il forum, in quel caso è più complicato aggiornare.
Non serve reistallare lo script basta che lo uppi con il file config già sistemato ed è fatta.
Quando ho aggiornato lo script, ho uppato la nuova cartella con un nome diverso senza le directory install e contrib solo il file config sistemato, ho controllato che tutot fosse andato bene.
Nello script appena uppato era tutto apposto, ne un post ne niente perso anzi vedevo gli utenti online in quel momento, ho cancellato la vecchia cartella e cambiato il nome al script aggiornato.

è stata fortuna che la struttura del database era la stessa.... una bella fortuna...... cmq esistono nel pakketto di installazzione i file php apppostiti per aggiornare dall e precedenti versioni, un file x ogni versione.... esempio se hai la 2.0.3 e vuoi aggiornare devi eseguire il fie appostio diverso dagli altri.... tutto questo lo trovi nella documentazione del forum..

beh io la roba la provo tutta in locale prima di uppare e installare, e chiarament eil backup l avevo fatto, ma siamo sinceri a meno che hai due robe sul forum il dump è impossibile tabelle troppo piccole e tempi troppo ristretti per ripristinare il Db.

Io per ripristinare il database ho un ottimo programmino ke mi splitta il file sql... quindi ne ssun problema.... poi e ovvio ke prima provo tutto il locale ci mancherebbe altro.. ma cmq se usi l aggiornamento ke offre il sito ufficiale.. vai al 99% sul sicuro.... a meno che tu non abbia installato dei Mod particolari... (e sono c***i)

In ogi caso prima fau un backup (ke nella rara eventualita ke qlkosa vada storto almeno salvi tutto)
poi scarica alla pagina http://www.phpbb.it/downloads.php?cat=4
il file phpBB 2.0.8a [Files] (forse è necessaria la registrazione)
e poi una volta scaricato leggi all interno del zip scaricato le istruzioni

mi raccomando leggi quelle relative alla tua versione di partenza...

Comunque, per eliminare il banner in fondo alla pagina, bisogna modificare il file overall_footer.tpl non overall_header.tpl

Per aggiornare basta sovrasscrivere tutti i file con quelli della nuova versione. Ci dovrebbe essere anche un file con nome update...si trova nella cartella install.
Basta poi eseguire quello ed hai aggiornato.

Comunque, per eliminare il banner in fondo alla pagina, bisogna modificare il file overall_footer.tpl non overall_header.tpl

sai in che punto esatto si modifica?? io l'ho già modificato per il banner superiore...

Se non riesci a capire dove, incolla il codice che ti dico cosa devi togliere.

ho già scaricato il zip, ma non trovo le istruzioni, sembrano tutti file del forum , niente in piu' da leggere...
