Salve,
come da oggetto il mio sito con Tema Avada dà questo problema, come posso fare per aumentare le performance come indicato sotto?

Per il primo, non sta rilevando il valore corretto: il limite di memoria è 128MB, il limite di esecuzione è al più aumentabile fino a 60 secondi. Per quanto riguarda le connessioni esterne devi sbloccare la whitelist.
