Hosting server problem
Hello, I have a site installation problem with the hosting server altervista. Here is the message from my webmaster:
" There is a problem in hosting server.
Kindly contact the hosting team and ask them to enable php_uname in php.ini file under /usr/local/lib/php5_mod/php.ini
Also, ask them to install ioncube loader in his server. Since you've bought the server as shared host, we don't have the permission for the /usr/ folder.
Once it is fixed, kindly use the below credentials to access the site [We have complete the installation] "
How can i contact the hosting team and fix the problem?

scusa se rispondo qui, ma non sono riuscito a capire se ioncube loader è qualcosa di gestibile oppure no. Dai vari topic sembra che:
1. impossibile
2. possibile se uno se lo installa da solo (ionCube mette a disposizione diversi loader)
3. dai topic in inglese sembra esserci una disponibilità da parte dello staff, condizionata però al tipo di richiesta.
Il mio problema è che il sito è visto soprattutto all'estero, attualmente ho messo un plugin di traduzione che è accettabile, ma limitato, non gestibile come SEO e rallenta (non in modo devastante) il caricamento delle pagine.
Chi fa il plugin ha una versione professionale che ovvia a tutto questo e che riporta le traduzioni non online ma creando i percorsi per le lingue (nomesito/en o nomesito/de/...), e richiede appunto ionCube loader.
Che posso fare?
