.htaccess si cancella automaticamente

ho un sito all'indirizzo: http://upvisite.altervista.org/

come piattaforma di sviluppo uso cms made simple, e per le regole di php ho impostato il file .htaccess in questo modo:

Ma dopo un paio di giorni, il mio file, viene cancellato!! e tutte le pagine del sito non funzionano... come mai? c'e qualche limitazione? perche ho lo stesso file su un'altro server e funziona benissimo....

Non è che viene rinominato in htaccess.txt per qualche problema?

Ad esempio, in fondo al codice che hai copiato sopra manca un </IfModule>.

niente, ho aggiustato il codice, ma è stato rimosso di nuovo... :(

Già chiesto sopra, ma la risposta lagga: viene rimosso o viene rinominato?

il file viene eliminato del tutto.

premetto che il file non lo vedo in gestione file, ma lo vado a modificare dalle impostazioni php, in Modifica sorgente .htaccess (Avanzato) .

nessun aiuto?
