Problemi con ipn paypal

Mi chiamo davide e per la prima volta invio una richiesta di aiuto. (scusate se non rispetterò alcune regole)

Il mio problema è il listener ipn per paypol. Ho attivato il servizio server to server ma non riesco a ricevere l'ipn e
scriverlo su di un database.

come listener uso quello che da paypol stesso:

uso quello con le librerie cUrl dopo evere letto altre richieste di aiuto
(nelle risposte si diceva che forse è meglio usare cUrl e non fsockopen).

A questo punto però devo connettermi con il db di AV.
E' giusto dare "localhost" per la variabile server

Qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere il problema?
