Il mio sito non si carica

Non riesco a caricare il mio sito www.licinio.altervista.org da casa. A volte appare, ma il più delle volte mi dà questo messaggio (Chrome). E' fatto con Joomla 1.5.26.
Lo strano è che dall'ufficio invece riesco. Cosa sta succedendo?
