AlterVista mette a disposizione una versione di Joomla preconfigurata e ottimizzata, installabile dal pannello di controllo con un click, questo per minimizzare il lavoro di configurazione da parte di ciascuno.

Per ogni altra installazione di questo o altro software fatto per conto proprio AlterVista non è in grado di fornire ovviamente alcun aiuto (a parte eventuali altri membri del forum), e bisognerebbe provare a rivolgersi anche a chi quel software lo ha sviluppato.
