problema tabelle & CSS

Salve,
ho un problema con un mio sito. Sto creando un nuovo layout e questa è un anteprima: http://allthelove.altervista.org/prova.php . Con IE funziona bene ma con firefox i margini del testo non funzionano..allora ho provato a diminuire la larghezza di tutta la tabella usando la percentuale 70% nella larghezza..ma niente...mentre in IE si vede sempre bene.. potete aiutarmi??

Per prima cosa dovresti decidere se fare il layout con le tabelle o con div e CSS, perché il tuo codice è un misto di entrambi.

lo so, ma è l'unica soluzione che mi è venuta in mente per aggiungere il menu ^^
lo so che è poco ortodossa ^^

anche se volessi eliminare i div mettendo il menu nella tabella..rimane il problema che firefox non li legge i margini..cioè, sicuramente ho sbagliato io a mettere i codici..>_>
