La chat PJIRC non funziona.. please help me!

Salve raga, vorrei inserire una chat sul mio sito.. girovagando per il web ho scoperto la PJIRC, l'ho inserita su un mio sito che ormai non uso +, per provarla, (in modo da non dover modificare niente dal mio sito attuale su altervista) ma mi da questo errore:

Connecting...
Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect

Come mai? e come faccio a risolvere?

Credo che l'errore dipenda da li xkè credo che si debba modificare qualcosa.. ma cmq se servono altri file basta chiederlo e li inserisco qui.. l'importante è ke mi aiutate..pleaseeee...
