effetto neve non funziona

Ma non mi funziona come deve dove sbaglio?

Dimenticavo ho copiato anche il file con l'immagine del fiocco nella stessa directory del file precedente.

È uno script degli anni novanta, eccessivamente datato. Comunque in ogni caso ti consiglio ai aggiungere effetti neve e simili, poiché rallentano solamente e disturbano la lettura.
