Problema con Wordpress errore di visualizzazione

Salve, sto realizzando un sito utilizzando wordpress caricato su altervista andava tutto bene ma forse ho commesso qualche errore e se adesso provo a visualizzare il sito

si vede che la grafica è scomparsa e compare la seguente scrittase provo ad accedere

Magari prova a raccontarci cosa hai fatto.

credo che sia successo tutto quando ho modificato l url nep pannello admin ma adesso non riesco piu ad entrarci!
