Problema Registrazione Tema

Buongiorno,

io ho comprato un tema da temeforest.net (il "The7") ma non riesco a registrare il tema. Quando metto il "Purchase Code mi viene fuori un messaggio con scritto "Registration Failed: Host is empty". Ho contattato l'assistenza di "The7" e mi hanno detto che è un problema di Altervista in quanto per registrare il tema il LORO server (di "The7") deve ricevere l' "user-agent" che dovrebbe essere il mio "host name", ma a quanto pare Altervista usa qualche "firewall" che li blocca.

Questa la loro risposta:
“Registration fail: host is empty” error produced because something on your server modifies header information while sends request to a repository server. To register theme, our server should receive ‘user-agent’ header information that should consist your host name, but this information blocking from your server.
Seems your provider uses some firewall that block it.

Avete idea di come possa risolvere il problema?

Vedi qui. Non so se hanno risolto; in ogni caso devi abilitare le connessioni server to server.
