cioe scusa io lo preso via torrent e te mi dici di andare dal creatore cioe invisionpower.com e di dire a loro che ho problemi di codesto tipo essendo americani l'oro io ed io avente codesto problema ed io che lo preso free e nn lo preso da loro visto che costa piu di 100$ dimmi te cosa fare

Essendo un software commerciale potresti chiedere supporto prima ai produttori.
Dato che lo hai reperito illegalmente, è difficile che tu riceva supporto da loro o da Altervista.
