non riesco ad installare phpbb3

salve a tutti ho uppato su altervista un pacchetto contenente un forum in phpbb3, ke ho trovato su php.com(in realtà è una aggiornamento, ma credo si poxa utilizzare cm un forum) non riesco a capire come mai nn funziona ekko l'index:http://valuepack.altervista.org/phpBB3/index.php
come vedete parla di modificare common.php eekolo:

Inoltre non sarebbe meglio prendere gli aggiornamenti dal sito ufficiale? www.phpbb.com

Oltre questo ho notato prima che nel pannello di AlterVista nella sezione "Applicazione" vicino all'applicazione che uno ha installato c'è la voce "Aggiorna" se si possiede la vecchia versione ed e disponibile quella nuova. Quindi basterebbe installare phpBB3 dal pannello di AlterVista e poi aggiornarlo tramite link.

ho risolto quel problema solo ke ora nn riesco ad aggiunger un tema al forum,ho prosilver,lo cabiato uppando un nuovo style x-treme, ho uppato anke il set di immagini, ma quando nel pannello di controllo admin metto installatema mi dice ke devo installare il set di immagini, ke cliccandi su set di immagini dice di non esserci, devo per caso uppare in un'altra directory??? questo è il forum:

Devi copiare la cartella en, presente in immagini e rinominarla it; se utilizzi la lingua italiana, per il forum.

Hai caricato in styles, tutte e tre le cartelle:

imageset
theme
template

più il file style.cfg ?

si tutto uppato ho controllato anke se ci fossero differenze tra subsilver2 e prosilver(ossia i temi predefiniti) ma la cartella imageset contiene i stexi dati, naturalmente diverse immagini ma dello stexo numero, ho istallato il tema e i template, il set di immagini mi dice che non cè...

Allora, ho appena provato l' X-Treme in locale, e funziona perfettamente.

Andiamo passo passo:

Copia la cartella X-Treme, con tutto il suo contenuto(cartelle: imageset, template, theme; file: style.cfg), nella cartella styles
Accedi al pannello di controllo amministratore
Clicca su stili
Sottomenù # Gestione stile > # Stili
Clicca installa in corrispondenza dell' X-Treme

quando clicco su installa mi dice che x quel tema cè bisogno del set di immagini vado su set di imagine e mi dice ke nn cè nessun set ankora nn istallato mentre tra quelli istallatti nn compare x-treme, vorrei riprovare ad uppare la cartella imageset, sai come uppare una cartella senza uppare uno ad uno ogni singolo file???

Probabilmente qualche file si è danneggiato durante il trasferimento.
Per uppare più file contemporaneamente, utilizza l'FTP( facendo una ricerca nel forum, trovi le dovute informazioni, e i relativi parametri di connessione )

riscontrato il problema la cartella si chiamava imegeset invece di imageset, mio piccolo errore grazie, ma puoi dirmi come si uppa un tema senza uppare i file uno ad uno, ossia uppare il file zip ed estrarlo nella directory appropriata senza creare le cartelle e uppare i file 10 alla volta, grazie...

Non puoi estrarre un archivio, direttamente sullo spazio web, ma come detto prima, puoi caricare più file/cartelle, contemporaneamente, utilizzando l' FTP.
