error message when starting my page

Every time I access my website, I have an error that tells me:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /membri/radinc/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

I would like to know if this error has a solution to solve it

To fix the issue you probably should delete W3 Total Cache plugin manually via ftp, and Reinstall it
