Problema con plugin Wp Profit Builder!

Salve a tutti, ho bisogno del vostro aiuto perchè ho un problema nell'attivare il plugin wp profit builder.
In effetti lo installo ma al momento dell'attivazione mi da il seguente errore: "Sorry, the API key was incorrect."
Ho provato a disinstallare tutti gli altri plugin perchè pensavo fosse una questione di conflitto tra plugin ma non funziona lo stesso.
Ho contattato il supporto di wp profit builder e mi hanno risposto cosi:

"Please ask your host if they are blocking your site to access external websites and ask your host if they have disabled “fsockopen()” function for security reasons? If so, then ask them to enable this since this is required for activation of Profit Builder plugin and ask them to white list following main IP address: 192.185.52.120"

Qualcuno puó aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema?
