aiuto che vuol dire ciò??

Ragazzi ho scaricato il tema gratuito abito e quando sono nella sezione di amministrazione del blog in alto a tutto mi escono queste cose:

Sono andata a vedere nella documentation del tema ed era previsto che uscissero messaggi warning di questo tipo tant'è che dicono:

WARNING MESSAGE If you have warning messages, please contact your hosting provider. They are caused by an old php hosting version, or because external connections are not allowed

Ed ecco che vi ho contattato. Che devo fare??
