aggiungere 1 banner dopo il primo post

ciao a tutti,avrei bisogno di una dritta su come inserire un banner dopo il primo post e ovviamente anche dopo il primo post delle diverse pagine,leggendo in giro c'è bisogno di aggiungere alcune cose al file index,ma il problema e che non sono uguali al mio file index,il mio tema e innove,vi aggiungo il mio file index e se potete indicarmi come modificare il tutto,grazie
