Problemi Plugin Visual Composer

Possiedo una licenza premium del Plugin Visual Composer, purtroppo però non viene riconosciuta dal sistema e non mi è consentito usarla. L'assistenza del plug-in mi dice di contattare il server, ma non so come fare.

Il messaggio di errore é:

Connessione con l'account non riuscita
Connessione con AWS non riuscita

L'assistenza di visual composer mi ha risposto questo:

From the error, it looks like the server at your end is restricting an outgoing connection which is ​causing an issue with account and AWS connection. We can recommend contacting the hosting provider so that they can unblock such a restriction on your server. Once this is done, you can then re-try the activation process at your end
