Errore gestione licenze

Salve io ospito nel mio hosting http://divaswrestling.altervista.org IPB 3.2, ma non riesco ad'attivare la mia licenza, lo staff mi ha chiesto:
"That's a test of the procedure, and it's returning a 403. Do you have blocks, a firewall or somethign that blocks outbound communication?"
"This is the actual URL that is called through CURL..

Well, technically it has your URL on the end, but.. You get the idea. Your server is returning a 403.. Now, there's a SMALL chance your IP got whacked on our side, but.. Very rare.. I'd bet outbound connection is blocked for some reason by your host."

Sapete aiutarmi perfavore? non sò cosa fare... :(
