errore wordpress

Buongiorno, volevo chiedere una cosa ho provato a cercarla sul forum ma non ci sono riuscito. Dopo aver sistemato tutti i file nell' ftp in internet explorer per pubblicare il sito vado a pagina in alto a destra e schiaccio "Apri sito ftp in esplora risorse". sI apre una pagina e da questa poi trovo il file install.pho e lo avvio. In teoria dovrebbe installare il tutto invece mi da questo tipo di errore in una nuova pagina da cosa dipende? Come posso risolverlo? Grazie anticipatamente della vostra disponibilità
