Problemi con database

Ho problemi nell'eliminazione delle tabelle presenti nel mio database.
Quando entro in phpMyAdmin e provo ad eliminare una tabella mi esce una pagina con scritto:

Ho provato anche direttamente da sql con "DROP TABLE 'nometabella'" ma mi dice

Sto diventando pazzo. Ho provato anche a disattivare il database, ma quando lo riattivo ci sono ancora tutte le tabelle dentro, con tutti i dati.

Vi posso dire che l'altra anomalia è ke dopo al max 15 interrogazioni mi dice ke ho superato il numero di query massimo.
Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Scrivi il nome della tabella senza apici nè virgolette.

O meglio, se tolgo le virgolette mi dice ke la sintassi è corretta ma mi restituisce sempre la pagina

Secondo me c'è qualche problema diverso.
Non potreste cancellare il database e ricrearlo da zero?

invece di scrivere post a raffica (e sei stato fortunato che non sei incappato in post consecutivi), leggi le risposte che ti ho dato.

stai usando phpmyadmin messo a disposizione da AlterVista o una copia da te installata?

Uso il phpmyadmin di altervista, scusate se stavo rispondendo a raffica ma avevo lezione e dovevo scappare!!!

Cmq adesso mi ha fatto eliminare finalmente tutte le tabelle.
Rimane solo il problema ke per eliminare 15 tabelle con al massimo 10 record dentro ho dovuto aspettare la bellezza di 3 ore perchè ohni 5 tabelle mi diceva che avevo raggiunto il limite massimo di query in un'ora.
Come è possibile? Come posso aver fatto 300 query?
