errore nel Mysql quando un utente non registrato posta sul forum

Qualcuno sa dirmi come risolvere il seguente errore nel Mysql che si presenta quando un utente non registrato cerca di postare sul forum?

Sembra essere un bug del forum.
Vedi se hai installato l'ultima versione disponibile e, in caso, aggiornala.

Ho aggiornato il forum ed anche il database.

Adesso l'errore che viene fuori è questo:

Sessione non valida. Prego ricompila il form.

Ricompilo il form ma spunta di nuovo l'errore e non permette a nessun visitatore di inserire un topic.

Cosa è possibile fare adesso?
