importa database...

non so se sia la sezione giusta... comunque sto cercando di trasferire il mio blog wordpress su altro host, ho esportato il database con phpmyadmin ma al momento di importarlo sull'altro host phpmyadmin mi restituisce questo errore:

se tolgo SET SQL_MODE="NO_AUTO_VALUE_ON_ZERO" mi dà questo errore:

cosa devo fare?? non ci capisco niente di queste cose quindi siate il più chiari possibile grazie:???: spero che qualcuno risponda... sto impazzendo... grazie
