Errore installazione Template

BuonGiorno a Tutti, quando cerco di installare un template il sistema mi notifica JSN_TPLFW_ERROR_CONTACTING_TO_JOOMLASHI NE.

dal forum del produttore del template ho trovato questo risposta

Your server is probably running behind a firewall or a proxy server, which prevent connections from your site to our server and caused the problem as described.

In this case, you may consider to temporarily turned off the firewall/proxy to complete the template installation

qualcuno saprebbe indicarmi come risolvere il problema?
